Context
This role involves working within systems engineering and mechatronics domains, focusing on motor drives, control theory, and robotics communication protocols. The position requires collaboration across international engineering sites in Europe and Asia, emphasizing a proactive and hands-on engineering approach.
Missions
Manage requirements using systems engineering and requirements management tools.
Apply V-Model systems engineering methodology and function breakdown processes.
Design and analyze 3-phase BLDC / PMSM motor drives with FOC control loops and space-vector PWM.
Implement dual-encoder feedback control strategies.
Model mechatronic systems and perform dynamic simulations.
Work with power electronics, current sensing, and magnetic angle encoders.
Develop and maintain real-time motion control communication protocols such as EtherCAT (CiA 402 motion profile) and automotive CAN FD / UDS.
Interface with low-level microcontroller peripherals (SPI, eTimer/PWM, ADC).
Collaborate effectively with international engineering teams.
Deliver technical presentations in English and resolve cross-functional engineering challenges.

Le profil recherché
Profile wanted
- Hands-on experience with requirements management, ticketing, and versioning systems (Codebeamer, Polarion, DOORS, or Jira)
- Strong knowledge of V-Model systems engineering and function breakdown processes
- Solid understanding of 3-phase BLDC / PMSM motor drives, FOC control loops, space-vector PWM, and dual-encoder feedback control
- Proficiency in mechatronic system modeling and dynamic simulation (MATLAB/Simulink, Simscape)
- Solid understanding of power electronics, current sensing, and magnetic angle encoders
- Experience with real-time motion control communication protocols: EtherCAT (CiA 402 motion profile) and/or automotive CAN FD / UDS
- Familiarity with low-level microcontroller peripherals (SPI, eTimer/PWM, ADC)
- Proven ability to collaborate across international engineering sites (Europe and Asia)
- Fluent in English with strong technical presentation skills
- Proactive, hands-on engineering mindset with a strong sense of ownership to solve cross-functional bottlenecks
