Les missions du poste
As part of the development of our client's activities , we are looking for a Buyer H/F to support project procurement activities.
You will be responsible for procuring the materials, equipment and services required for project execution, ensuring the best balance between cost, quality, delivery time and contractual requirements.
You will work in an international and multidisciplinary environment, in close collaboration with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Sourcing :
- Develop and implement procurement plans based on project requirements, schedules and budgets.
- Identify, consult and evaluate suppliers according to quality, cost, capacity and delivery requirements.
- Support sourcing strategies in coordination with Category Management.
- Analyze supplier bids and contribute to supplier selection.
- Manage competitive bidding and procurement processes.
Negotiation & Contract Management :
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, delivery schedules and contractual conditions with suppliers.
- Ensure supplier commitments are secured and identify potential contractual risks.
- Support contract award and contract management activities.
- Identify cost-saving and value-optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and project requirements.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, contractual requirements and applicable regulations.
Purchase Orders & Supplier Management :
- Prepare, issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs).
- Ensure purchase orders are aligned with technical specifications, project requirements and approved commercial terms.
- Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules.
- Anticipate delays, deviations and supply risks and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain effective relationships with suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Project Coordination & Reporting :
- Work closely with Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance and other stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on procurement progress, supplier performance and potential risks.
- Identify procurement risks and define appropriate mitigation actions.
- Monitor procurement activities against project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure accurate and timely procurement reporting.
Le profil recherché
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- You have proven professional experience in procurement / purchasing, within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Energy or Engineering sectors.
- Experience in the procurement of industrial equipment, materials or technical services is highly appreciated.
- You are comfortable working in an international, fast-paced and deadline-driven project environment.
