As an AI Content Tools & Automation Specialist, you will report to the Content Marketing Manager in the Content Marketing department based in Blieskastel or Frankfurt for a permanent contract.
What will you do?
Own and continuously improve the AI and no-code tools ecosystem that supports content creation, localization, and publishing across the organization.
Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance content quality, accelerate production, and increase operational efficiency.
Design and optimize automated content workflows while ensuring governance, compliance, and responsible use of AI technologies.
Drive user adoption through onboarding, training, coaching, and the development of best practices for global and local teams.
Monitor tool performance, user engagement, and business impact KPIs while contributing to the long-term AI content roadmap.
What about you?
You hold a Master's Degree or Engineering Degree and have at least 2 years of experience in AI, marketing technology, content operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
You have hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms, automation technologies, no-code tools, or content production solutions.
You understand content workflows, localization processes, and multi-channel content distribution in a global environment.
You combine analytical thinking with a proactive mindset and enjoy solving complex challenges through technology.
You are a collaborative communicator who can influence stakeholders, drive change, and thrive in an international environment.

- Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
- You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter
- A second Interview will be then organized with the N+2 & the HR manager
