Field Marketing Manager H/F Scaleway

Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Field Marketing team and expand our presence within strategic enterprise accounts and key industries in France.

Your mission will be to drive and execute B2B field marketing initiatives across your assigned industries, supporting Sales in pipeline generation and deal acceleration to strengthen Scaleway's position as a leading European cloud provider.

You will be part of a Field Marketing team of two, soon growing to four, within the broader Marketing and Communications department. The team develops targeted marketing strategies for key industries and strategic accounts in France, leads account-based marketing initiatives (ABM), and delivers major industry events.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

• Build and execute the Field Marketing strategy for your designated key industries

• Lead major events organized by Scaleway, including flagship events like ai-PULSE and VivaTech

• Drive and execute regional B2B field marketing programs (webinars, trade shows, field campaigns)

• Support Sales with pipeline generation initiatives and deal acceleration strategies

• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to increase awareness within target enterprise accounts

• Collaborate closely with the Sales organization, Partner Marketing, and Content/Communication teams

• Use HubSpot, Salesforce, Livestorm, and Strapi to execute and track field marketing programs

• Track, measure, and analyze the ROI and revenue impact of field activities

• Test new marketing approaches, learn, and iterate to optimize performance in an evolving market

ABOUT YOU

HARDSKILLS:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B Field Marketing or Demand Generation

• Strong experience in the Tech, SaaS, Infrastructure, or Cloud ecosystems

• Proven track record in developing and executing impactful B2B field marketing programs and events that generate pipeline and accelerate opportunities.

• Hands-on proficiency with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Livestorm, and Strapi

• Full professional fluency in English with experience in international marketing environments

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in matrix organizations

• High degree of autonomy, accountability, and pragmatic execution excellence

• Revenue-driven mindset focused on business impact rather than just event planning

• Highly structured, organized, and able to cut out noise to focus on high-priority initiatives

• Curious, dynamic, and comfortable navigating fast-moving technical markets
