Context :
We are looking for a senior Transfer Pricing consultant to support the tax department of a major listed international group, as part of a broader transformation and optimisation programme of its tax organisation.
The consultant will join the Corporate Tax team to lead several strategic workstreams related to transfer pricing policies, international reorganisations, and the evolution of the Group's operating models.

• Start date : as soon as possible (within one month)

• Duration : approximately 6 months

• Location : Netherlands (Amsterdam area) - primarily on-site, occasional remote working possible

• Occasional international travel required

• Working language : fluent English required - French is a plus

Main Responsibilities :
Transfer Pricing (4 days per week):

• Lead transfer pricing projects at international scale

• Conduct functional analyses in the context of new organisations or group reorganisations

• Define or evolve intercompany charging models

• Run benchmarking studies and contribute to transfer pricing documentation

• Coordinate tax transformation projects across multiple countries

• Support the deployment of new transfer pricing tools and processes

• Provide technical guidance to a more junior Compliance profile based abroad

• International Tax (1 day per week)

• Provide operational support to the International Tax Managers function

Profile :

• Master's degree or equivalent in tax law, finance, or management

• 8 to 15 years of experience in transfer pricing

• Background in Big Four (or equivalent) and/or multinational groups

• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and international tax principles

• Experience in reorganisation projects, intercompany charging models, and transfer pricing documentation

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with international stakeholders

• Fluent English required - French is a plus
