Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Head of Quality Procurement Processes (m/f) to join the Quality department based in Marignane, France.

Your future missions: Ensuring the aviation safety of the products delivered by our suppliers and the performance of our supply chain is a key challenge for Airbus Helicopters. Reporting to the Head of Quality Operations, your team will play a key role in securing procured products and improving the robustness of the supply chain during a crucial ramp-up phase.
Your main missions will be:
Ensure the Supplier Quality Management system delivers efficient and compliant requirements and monitoring processes to guarantee overall supply chain performance (Aviation Safety, Quality, On-Time Delivery).
Drive Process Governance for the "Develop and Monitor Suppliers" process, managing the referential, risk reviews, and process maturity across Production, Design, and Maintenance.
Provide operational global support to approximately 150 Supply Chain & Quality Managers handling around 1500 suppliers internationally.
Represent the Supply Chain Quality and Procurement organizations in front of aviation authorities regarding supplier quality monitoring.
Manage, lead, and develop a multidisciplinary, international team of 10 people (in Marignane and Donauwörth), and lead cross-functional improvement projects.
Your profile:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, or Procurement Quality, ideally in the aerospace industry.
Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with strong technical knowledge of EN9100, aerospace regulations (Part 21G), and Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coach international/multisite teams and drive complex, transversal change management initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, resilience, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
French and English: advanced/negotiation level is mandatory. German is a plus.
