Les missions du poste
Within the Sales, Marketing & Business Development Department, you will contribute to the commercial growth of our three Business Units (healthcare, automotive, and industry) by implementing Account Based Management, digital marketing, inbound marketing, and outbound marketing strategies. Working closely with Business Developers and Market Managers, you will help identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, develop an ongoing communication stream with qualified contacts and support Adhex growth in both the French and international markets.
Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting market research and identifying high-potential target accounts across our different market segments.
- Building and enriching strategic account databases and identifying key decision-makers.
- Planning and executing digital prospecting campaigns (LinkedIn, email marketing, ...).
- Creating technical content in collaboration with subject matter experts (articles, case studies, videos, LinkedIn posts, ...).
- Managing and enhancing the CRM, monitoring campaign performance, and producing performance dashboards.
- Keeping up to date with digital marketing tools, AI solutions, and B2B marketing best practices.
Le profil recherché
You have initial experience in a similar role (internship, apprenticeship/work-study programme, or 1-3 years of professional experience) in B2B digital marketing or growth marketing.
You have a strong interest in technical and industrial environments.
You are proficient in digital marketing tools, including CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, Lemlist, Cognism, Google Analytics 4, and email marketing platforms.
You have a thorough understanding of AI tools and are able to apply AI in the context of digital marketing.
You have excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills ; and have a good command of English, which will be assessed during the recruitment process.
