We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to support strategic transformation initiatives and help organizations evolve their ways of working, processes, and culture.
Your challenges will be:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and roadmaps;
- Assess change impacts and define tailored adoption plans;
- Support communication and engagement initiatives;
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change activities;
- Coach managers and teams throughout transformation journeys;
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.

Le profil recherché
Profile
- Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or business transformation projects;
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation;
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in complex environments;
- A pragmatic, people-oriented approach combined with a strong focus on results;
- The ability to adapt to different organizational cultures and contexts.
