Les missions du poste
Reporting to the E-commerce International Team Leader and with a dotted line to the UK E-commerce & CRM Manager, you will join the E-commerce & E-CRM department within Erborian's central digital team.
In this role, you will act as a key operational driver of the UK e-business, supporting both commercial performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the website, ensuring seamless execution of trading activities, optimal product availability, and high-quality content aligned with the brand's standards.
Working closely with both central and local teams, you will contribute to sales growth through effective site merchandising, campaign execution, and CRM activations. You will also play a key role in coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (logistics, customer care, design, and marketing) to ensure smooth operations and continuous website optimization.
This position offers a well-rounded exposure to e-commerce and CRM topics, combining operational excellence, performance analysis, and customer-centric thinking in an international environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
E-BUSINESS
Sales & Performance Monitoring
* Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting by providing accurate performance data to track sales targets
* Contribute to performance analysis and identify key growth levers
Stock & Forecast Coordination
* Monitor website stock levels daily to prevent out-of-stock situations
* Flag risks and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product availability
Orders & Customer Experience
* Act as the main liaison between logistics, warehouse, and customer care teams
* Ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and returns
* Identify and escalate any issues impacting order fulfillment
* Support customer care with product knowledge when needed
Website Management & Optimization
* Own day-to-day site merchandising and ensure optimal product visibility
* Manage product launches: uploads, content, visuals, and product information
* Brief and coordinate with design teams to deliver on-brand assets aligned with the UK strategy
* Implement commercial operations and promotional pages to maximize conversion
* Monitor and optimize onsite search performance
* Manage customer reviews via Yotpo
Central Content Adaptation
* Work closely with the UK Marketing team to ensure consistent adaptation of central content
* Guarantee accurate translation of brand DNA and tone of voice for the UK market
E-CRM & LOYALTY
* Coordinate with UK teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns
* Brief design teams for newsletter creation and CRM assets
* Set up campaigns in Adobe Campaign
* Monitor and optimize email performance (open rate, CTR, conversion)
Le profil recherché
* 2+ years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Data Analytics
* Experience with Salesforce (SFCC is a plus)
* Knowledge of GA4 and Power BI
* Experience with Adobe Campaign is a plus
* Fully bilingual in English (written and spoken) is required
* Native English level or significant international experience (study or work abroad) strongly preferred
* Strong analytical mindset with a good understanding of business KPIs
* Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
