Are you a young professional looking to dive deep into the world of the Ready-To-Drink? Pernod Ricard offers an incredible opportunity to become an RTD Category Specialist in Cologne, Germany.

What You Will Do:

• Conduct in-depth market research, field visits and analysis to identify potential trade opportunities and markets trends in Germany.
• Support the RTD Manager/Key Account Managers in preparing the RTD promotional calendar, presentations, and headers for each account.
• Support key accounts managers in preparing client-specific presentations and analysis, with tailored and customized information and analysis.
• Conduct market visits to closely follow RTD category evolution (2 days per week in the field)
• Follow-up and monitoring of the correct fulfillment of negotiated RTD actions
• Monitoring of RTD SKU penetration, daily sales, forecast and net sales evolution
• Support the RTD Manager in planning RTD trade marketing activities and follow-up execution
• Identify any challenges related to RTD with different functions (Marketing, Operations and Sales) and support its resolution.
• Support the planning & commercial teams in RTD forecasts analyses, ensuring that net requirements are aligned to with market opportunity
• Coordinate the creation of marketing materials such as displays, posters, shelf strips, and other POS materials.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and suppliers.
• Prepare market analyses and performance reports using Nielsen data.
• Analyze and interpret market, sales, and shopper data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide relevant market insights.
• Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activations and promotions.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in German and English.
• Excellent market analysis skills and understanding of industry dynamics.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing project needs and timelines.
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience working with Nielsen
• Good PowerPoint skills
• Result-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with external agencies
• Previous field-experience or sales experience preferred.
