Les missions du poste
We are recruiting, on behalf of our client based in Monaco, an Italian-Speaking Contracts & Tenders Assistant (M/F) to join an international team.
In this role, you will support the Contracts Team in identifying business opportunities, preparing tender submissions and managing administrative aspects of contract activities.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Research and identify business opportunities and public tenders.
- Analyse tender requirements and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and tender documents.
- Support the administrative management of contracts and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare reports, summaries and follow-up documents.
- Coordinate information with internal departments.
- Assist with communications involving external partners and public authorities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
Le profil recherché
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, International Business or a related field.
- Native or bilingual Italian is mandatory.
- Excellent command of English.
- French is not required.
- Previous experience in administration, contract management or tender support is an advantage, but motivated junior candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, flexible and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in an international environment.
