As part of its growth, we are recruiting 2 :

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALISTS (F/M) ; Fluent in English

Context:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager and joining the Sales & Marketing team, you will become part of a small, agile marketing team where everyone owns their projects with a high level of autonomy.
This position is designed for someone who enjoys managing marketing projects end-to-end, from content creation and campaign execution to performance analysis and continuous optimization, with a direct impact on TraceParts' growth.
You will work in a modern marketing environment using HubSpot, WordPress, Piano Analytics, Adobe Creative Suite and generative AI tools.

Your challenge:
Your challenge will be to manage end-to-end marketing projects, from content creation and campaign execution through marketing automation, performance analysis and continuous optimization, helping increase TraceParts' visibility, generate qualified leads and strengthen engagement across our different audiences.

Your main missions:

  • Participate in defining and executing TraceParts' marketing plan.

  • Create, publish, and promote marketing content tailored to the company's various audiences.

  • Deploy and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels (website, email marketing, social media).

  • Implement marketing automation and lead nurturing scenarios.

  • Manage landing pages, forms, and conversion journeys.

  • Create, adapt and distribute marketing content including reports, white papers, visuals, carousels, short videos and other promotional assets.

  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and formulate recommendations for improvement.

  • Ensure marketing data quality and contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes.

  • Collaborate with the Sales, Product, R&D, Catalog Development, and Campaign Management teams.



About you:
  • You have excellent written and spoken English

  • Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) or Master's degree (Bac +5) or equivalent in digital marketing.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B digital marketing (ideally in an industrial, technical, or technological environment).

  • Proven experience in creating, publishing, and promoting marketing content.

  • Ability to analyze performance and propose corrective actions/improvements.

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and email marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

  • Experience with a marketing automation platform.

  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot (or an equivalent marketing automation platform), generative AI tools and Adobe Creative Suite is highly desirable.

  • You are curious, proactive and have excellent writing skills. You enjoy turning complex technical topics into clear, engaging marketing content.
