Les missions du poste

After a complete training provided internally by the company owners, you will have two main tasks : approximately half of your time will be dedicated to handling crew and yacht certificates. The other half will consist in more traditional general administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

- Adapting documents

- Comparing standards

- Naming, verification and filing of documents

- Preparing for audits

- Regulatory updates

- Creating pdf forms

- Maintaining databases

As part of a small team with managers travelling very often, you will be the stable person in the office in Angoulême.

The contract is a French CDD for one year, on a 35 hour basis, with regular French working hours and a lunch break.

Also included: a private parking place and a mobile phone.

All company members wear a uniform: a polo shirt and a fleecejumper (provided).

Le profil recherché

Who are we looking for?

- You are very accurate and thorough.

- You like doing things properly, in an extremely organized way.

- You are able to multi-task and stay focused.

- You are enthousiastic with a positive mindset, even close to deadlines.

- You have good computer skills : spreadsheets and sharepoint lists are used on a daily basis.

- You are willing to learn something that might be completely new to you: yacht compliance, flag state regulations, safety code and rules...

As the main language in the company internally as well as with customers is English, you must be completely fluent in English: speaking, writing and reading.

Any other languages would be more than appreciated.
