Les missions du poste
We are looking for a HEAD OF FINANCE for a Family Office in Monaco.
An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic international Family Office and Venture Capital platform based in Monaco.
Working closely with the founder and leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day finance function across multiple entities and investment structures while driving improvements in financial reporting, processes, and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting and financial operations across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting records in collaboration with external accountants and service providers.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.
- Prepare consolidated financial reports and dashboards across operating companies, investment vehicles, SPVs, and family office structures.
- Monitor cash positions, liquidity, and cash flow forecasts.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and fund administrators.
- Track investments, capital commitments, capital calls, distributions, and related financial data.
- Develop and maintain reliable reporting tools and management information systems.
- Review and improve existing finance processes, controls, and workflows.
- Participate in the implementation and optimization of finance, reporting, and consolidation software.
- Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains through technology and AI-powered tools.
Le profil recherché
- 8+ years of experience in accounting, finance, reporting, consolidation, or financial control roles.
- Experience within a Family Office, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Asset Management, Multi-Family Office, or multi-entity international environment would be highly advantageous.
- Strong technical accounting and reporting background.
- Solid understanding of consolidation principles and multi-entity structures.
- Experience managing cash flow reporting and financial forecasting.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of financial data and producing clear management reports.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with modern accounting, reporting, and consolidation systems.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Able to operate independently in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluent English is required; French is a plus.
