We are looking for a candidate capable of helping to lead one of our QA teams in Paris (Cergy) and Lyon, establishing and improving testing guidelines, training junior and senior QA, as well as being a communication bridge between production, engineering, and QA on a key project.
$Your mission
In close relation with our video game production teams and in an international environment, you will be tasked with leading a QA Team in Paris
Spend time hands-on providing leadership by example.
Assist in the growth and development of the team members. Participating in trainings, reviews, and evaluations.
Working with producers and other stakeholders to define testing plans and processes (both for embedded Dev QA and external General QA).
Working hands-on with QA teams to ensure quality of deliverables and thoroughness of testing coverage.
Proactively contributing to development and deployment of QA tools.
Ensuring excellent communication, positive working relationships and teamwork within the development & QA team and across disciplines.
Keeping abreast of current trends in the marketplace especially regarding best practices, tools and processes.
