A prestigious private English family living in Dubai is recruiting a Lady Maid.

The family is composed of a couple and 4 children, as well as dogs who also travel with them during trips.

The Lady Maid will support the family with the daily upkeep and organization of the residence, while ensuring the comfort of the family members with discretion, precision and attention to detail.

The position also involves regular travel during school holidays, alongside the family.

Main duties

• Ensure the daily upkeep of the living areas and bedrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness, tidiness and the proper presentation of the residence.
• Take care of laundry, ironing and wardrobe organization.
• Prepare personal belongings and luggage for travel.
• Accompany the family on all international trips.
• Ensure the smooth running of each stay and the comfort of the family.
• Anticipate the family's needs with discretion and efficiency.
• Work alongside other household staff members when required.
• Respect the standards of a high-end private environment.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality on a daily basis.

Profile required

• Proven experience as a Lady Maid, Housekeeper, Room Attendant or in a similar position within a private family or high-end environment.
• European or British profile required.
• Fluent English required.
• Excellent presentation and strong sense of service.
• Great discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to anticipate needs and work efficiently.
• High availability, flexibility and ability to travel regularly.
• Ability to work in a private family environment with professionalism.
• Experience in the luxury sector, high-end hospitality or with private clients would be a real asset.

Additional information

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Permanent contract, 5 days out of 7, with 2 days off per week.

The position is not live-in. However, the family will actively support the candidate with relocation: help with finding accommodation, visa procedures, medical requirements and administrative support.

Salary: AED 20,000 net per month, approximately €4,700 net monthly, equivalent to around €6,020 gross monthly.

30 days of annual leave.

During travel, the family covers flights, accommodation and provides a daily travel allowance.

Missions principales

• Assurer l'entretien quotidien des espaces de vie et des chambres.

• Prendre en charge l'entretien du linge, le repassage et le rangement des vêtements.
• Préparer les effets personnels et les bagages lors des déplacements.
• Accompagner la famille lors de l'ensemble des voyages internationaux.
• Assurer le bon déroulement des séjours et veiller au confort de la famille.
• Anticiper les besoins de la famille avec discrétion et efficacité.
• Collaborer avec les autres membres du personnel de maison si nécessaire.
• Respecter les standards d'un environnement privé haut de gamme.
• Faire preuve d'une confidentialité absolue au quotidien.

Profil recherché

• Expérience confirmée en tant que Lady Maid, Housekeeper, Femme de Chambre ou poste similaire auprès d'une famille privée ou d'un environnement haut de gamme.
• Profil européen ou britannique recherché.
• Anglais courant exigé.
• Excellente présentation et sens du service.
• Grande discrétion, rigueur et fiabilité.
• Sens du détail et parfaite maîtrise des standards de propreté.
• Capacité à anticiper les besoins et à travailler avec efficacité.
• Grande disponibilité, flexibilité et capacité à voyager régulièrement.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement familial privé avec professionnalisme.
• Une expérience dans l'univers du luxe, de l'hôtellerie haut de gamme ou auprès d'une clientèle privée est un réel atout.

Informations complémentaires

Localisation : Dubaï, Émirats arabes unis

Poste en CDI, 5 jours sur 7, avec 2 jours de repos par semaine.

Poste non logé. La famille accompagne cependant activement le/la candidat(e) dans son installation : aide à la recherche de logement, démarches de visa, médical et accompagnement administratif.

Salaire : 20 000 AED nets par mois, soit environ 4 700 € nets mensuels, équivalent à environ 6 020 € bruts mensuels.

30 jours de congés par an.

Lors des voyages, la famille prend en charge le vol, l'hébergement et verse une prime par jour de déplacement.
