Your role: Strategic advisor & impact driver

As a Strategy & Business Consultant Manager, you are more than a project leader - you are a trusted advisor to top management.

You drive missions end-to-end, influence decisions, and ensure tangible value creation.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead strategic missions
    • Analyze client needs and define impactful solutions
    • Structure projects, manage timelines, deliverables and teams

  • Act as a trusted advisor
    • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
    • Provide clear, fact-based recommendations and strategic viewpoints

  • Drive business growth
    • Contribute to business development initiatives
    • Co-create new consulting offers aligned with market trends

  • Develop people & capabilities
    • Coach consultants (methodologies, problem-solving, soft skills)
    • Share best practices and strengthen internal know-how

  • Engage in the Consulting community
    • Contribute to internal initiatives and knowledge sharing
    • Help shape the future of ENGIE Consulting

Your profile as Strategy & Business Consultant Manager

  • Master's degree (Engineering, Business or equivalent)
  • 10-15 years' experience in consulting or similar environments, with exposure to:
    • Transformation programs
    • Digital & innovation projects
    • Business development / M&A
    • Lean & operational excellence
  • Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch
  • Strong analytical and storytelling skills
  • Client-centric mindset with strong influencing skills
  • Agile, collaborative, and results-driven
