Join the dynamic UK GIB team at CA-CIB in London, dedicated to M&A in the infrastructure, power, renewables, energy transition and TMT Infra sectors. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the origination and execution of M&A transactions, working closely with a well-established team that reports to the Head of GIB Europe in Paris. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of financial modelling and a proactive approach to learning and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
Assist in the preparation of marketing pitches in full coordination with the GIB team, Sector Coverage, and financing product teams
Help in the execution of mandates (buy side or sell side), including process organisation, financial analysis, and the creation of presentation materials and transaction support documents
Review in-house training materials to enhance understanding of valuations and other M&A skills
Seek guidance from experienced M&A bankers on technical aspects and participate actively in team meetings
Engage in the day-to-day activities of the department, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication.
