As a Senior Chemical Development/Process Chemistry Scientist (M/F) within the CHAD Direction, you will serve as a technical cornerstone and a strategic advisor, bridging the gap between innovative research and industrial scalability.
Your Role & ImpactStrategic Consultant:
Join the Group's evaluation teams for licensing and acquisitions. You will hold the responsibility for evaluating the Drug Substance portion of the CMC perimeter (Small Molecules, ASO, ADC, etc.), interacting directly with R&D, Industry, and CMC stakeholders.
- Scientific Reference: Act as a key mentor and expert referent for the entire entity, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Project Leadership:Therapeutic Projects: Drive development as a Lead Research Engineer.
- nabling Projects: Lead strategic working groups to enhance the entity's efficiency and technical roadmap.
- External Influence: Build and maintain an influential network by participating in French and European working groups, delivering lectures, and representing the CHAD in international conferences.
What We Are Looking?
- For Education: PhD in Organic Chemistry.
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years of successful experience in chemical development or a related field.
- Core Competencies: A passion for collaborative work, a mindset geared toward innovation, and the ability to challenge existing processes to find better solutions.
- Communication: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to effectively collaborate in a global professional environment.
