CONTEXT:
Within Global Finance (Direction Générale Finances), the Global FinanceLab-Agentic& Process Automationacceleratesthe adoption and effective use of CHANEL technologies andsharesbestpracticeswithpeersto support Finance transformation, processharmonization, Single Source of Truth (SSOT) data flows, and ESG initiativesdrivenby Finance.
Weleverageinnovativelow-code/no-code automation andagentictechnologies(e.g.,Copilotfor Microsoft 365,CopilotStudio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Query, SharePoint,internalconversationalandgenerativeAI agents) tosavetimeandimproveservicequalityfor Global Financeteams(primarilyin London and Luxembourg), andacrossRegionsand Divisions. TheLabTeamhasdeliveredoveronehundredautomationprojects.
As the pace ofGenerativeAIaccelerates,theLabisstrengtheningitscapacityto explore,build, andbringtomaturitythenextgenerationof AI assistants andagenticsolutions for Finance. Thisroleiscreatedtoanchorthatambition:a hands-on innovation profilewhobothbuildsandframes,turningemergingAIcapabilitiesintotrusted,business-readysolutions for Financeteams.
In close collaborationwithGlobal ProcessOwners, Financeteams, and CHANEL TECHcontributors,weimproveday-to-dayoperationsthrough:
- Continuoustechnologywatchandvalueassessment
- Acculturation tosuccessfulno-/low-codeandGenerativeAI solutions
- Business framing andspecificationstoconfirmpotentialROI
- Proofsof Concept (POCs), prototypes, andmock-ups
- Insomecases,transfertobuildteamsforindustrialization
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Build& explore in theLab:
- Design, prototype, andbuildGenerativeAI assistants and agents for Finance,fromfirst concept toworkingsolution-includingconversationalagents,agenticworkflows, and AI-augmentedautomations.
- LeadexploratorylabworkonemergingAI and automationcapabilities(e.g., RAG patterns, APIintegration,promptsystems,agenticand no-code automation),assessingtheirmaturity, value, and fit for a globalluxuryFinancecontext.
- Developsolutions on the Microsoft / Power Platformecosystemandbringpromisingprototypes to arobust,demonstrablestate.
- Pioneer the building of agents andpersonalassistantsthroughautomation-akeyfrontierof the no-code future -makingadvancedcapabilitiesaccessible to Financemakerswithoutheavydevelopment.
- Frame &qualify:
- Conductbusiness framing andspecificationworkwithGlobalProcessOwnersandFinanceteamstoconfirmpotentialROI and processownersatisfactionbeforeandduringbuild.
- Collect,qualify,andprioritizeideasand use casessuitablefor automation, agents, orgenerativeAIscenariosacrossFinanceprocesses.
- Whererelevant,prepareand support thetransferof mature solutions tobuildteamsforindustrialization.
- Acculturate&share:
- Drive acculturation of FinanceteamstoGenerativeAI andlow-code solutionsthroughworkshops, demos, coaching sessions, andeventswithmakersand key stakeholders (priorityfocus on GlobalteamsinLondon/Luxembourg).
- Animateandfeedthecommunityofchampions:sharebestpractices,successfuluse cases, and effective prompts forconversationalandgenerativeAI agents -primarilyvia the communication site.
- Contributeto thestudiesledbytheLab(businessrequirements,specificationdocuments) and topeerexchangeswithexternalpartners.
- Maintainacontinuoustechnologywatchon LLM andGenerativeAIdevelopmentsandtranslateitintopracticalguidance for Finance businessusers.
- RepresenttheLabinexternalinnovationecosystems-includingtheInnovationMakersAlliance (IMA), Microsoft, andpeercompanies-bringingexternalinsightbackintoCHANEL Finance.
