Contexte de la mission : *** - ITSM

Le programme *** constitue une nouvelle étape dans la transformation ITSM d'un grand groupe international français. Le projet vise a mettre en place un Core Model standard ServiceNow, intégrant l'ensemble les best practices ITSM et facilement déployable à l'échelle du Groupe.

L'ojectif sera de porter les deux rôles suivants:

Core Model Guardian Lead : Protects the integrity, consistency, and sustainability of the Core Model across processes, data structures, and platform standards, ensuring that platform evolution remains aligned with long-term value objectives.

Acts as the primary Product Owner for the platform core, accountable for product vision, functional coherence, and value-driven prioritization, while ensuring alignment with the Core Model principles.

Plateform Architect Lead: Defines the overall platform architecture, ensuring technical consistency, scalability, integration with the IT ecosystem, and alignment with platform standards. Acts as the Design Authority for the platform, accountable for architectural decisions, technical coherence, and validation of solution designs in alignment with the Core Model and product vision.

Profil recherché

• Expérience significative sur des programmes internationaux ServiceNow

• Forte expérience en gouvernance Core Model et architecture plateforme

• Capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes et matriciels

• Leadership transverse et excellente communication

• Capacité à arbitrer des sujets stratégiques et techniques

• Anglais courant indispensable
