Le besoin
Aspartofadedicatedprojectteam,theselectedindividualwilldirectlysupporttheFrontOffice(RelationshipManagersandOfficers)withthepreparationofPeriodicReviewsinarenownedGeneva-basedprivatebank.
TheindividualwillworkcloselywithmarketrepresentativesasaKnowYourCustomerSubjectMatterExpert(KYCSME')to(i)identifygapsinexistingSourceofWealthnarratives(SoW'),includingcorroborationdocumentsand(ii)makeimprovementproposalsandrecommendationsinlinewiththebank'sAMLpoliciesandriskacceptance.
Additionally,theappointedindividualwillworkcloselywithcontrolfunctions(Compliance,FinancialCrimeCompliance)toensurealignmentandacorrectimplementationofprocedure(s)inPeriodicReviewsquestionnaires.
Inthisroletheindividualwill:
-AnalyzeclientdocumentationgatheredbyRelationshipManagersandsupportthecompletionofPeriodicReviewsatrequiredqualitystandardsandonatimelybasis
-Performresearchviainternalandexternalsources,gatherandanalyzedocumentationinaccordancewithlocalregulatoryrequirements
-ProviderecommendationsasaKYCexpert.Theindividualwillbesharingbestpracticestodriveimprovementsinqualityandconsistencyagainststandardsandframeworks
-Beabletoquicklyadoptandadviseoninternalandglobalframeworks(CDDGlobalStandards;FinancialCrimeCompliancestandards)
-Recommendingfurtherduediligencewhererequired.Ensuringaconclusionisreachedeffectivelywithregardstoriskforeachcase
-Beabletocommunicateeffectivelyandworkhand-in-handwithFrontOffice(RelationshipsManagersandOfficers)andcontrolfunctionsinaproactiveandcollaborativemanner
