Singulieris a strategy and transformation consulting firm working with private equity funds and their portfolio companies on high-impact digital,dataand AI topics. We help investment funds, CEOs and leadership teams answer critical strategic questions and drive transformation with a pragmatic, hands-on approach. Unlike traditional consulting firms, we do not stop at recommendations: we work alongside our clients to design, build and implement solutions that create measurable impact.

The Role
AtSingulier, data is not a support function. Our Data & Strategy Consultants work directly with investment funds,CEOsand leadership teams to solve high-stakes business problems through data - at the intersection of strategy consulting and advanced analytics.
Day to day, you turn ambiguous business questions into clear analytical approaches, run or orchestrate the analyses, and translate the findings into recommendations senior stakeholders can act on. We value pragmatic, business-oriented problem solving over purely academic or research-focused work, in highly entrepreneurial environments with direct exposure to senior decision makers.
You are someone who can structure ambiguous business questions,identifythe analyses that matter, work hands-on with data, synthesize findings clearly, and present recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
You will work on topics such as commercial and customer performance, CRM and loyalty analytics, growth strategy, operational performance and AI and automation opportunities - across investment due diligences and transformation programs.
WhatYou'llDo
- Structure and scope analytical workstreams on client projects
- Translate business questions into actionable analytical approaches
- Produce executive-ready syntheses and present recommendations to senior stakeholders, including C-level executives and investment funds
- Collaborate with strategy consultants, dataexpertsand digital specialists on cross-functional transformation projects
- Identifytrends, performancedriversand growth opportunities
- Run hands-on analyses with Python and SQL on large customer, commercial and operational datasets
- Build advanced analyses and models (segmentation, predictive scoring, optimization, forecasting)
- Contribute to AI-enabled internal tools and help improve the firm's analytical methodologies,toolkitsand best practices

Location
Based in Paris with a hybrid working model (3-4 days/week in the office).
Who You Are
You are a hybrid profile combining strong analytical skills withreal businesssense, comfortable moving between hands-on data work and senior client conversations. Typical backgrounds include analytics consulting, strategy consulting with strong analytical skills, data consulting, advanced analytics, or highly business-oriented data roles.
You are comfortable coding hands-on in Python and SQL, working with large and complex datasets, navigating ambiguous business problems, and producing executive-ready presentations for senior leadership teams.
Youlikely have:
- a degree from a top-tier business or engineering school with a data or quantitative specialization -e.g.HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, Polytechnique,CentraleSupélec, Mines or ENSAE in France, or an equivalent leading international institution (LSE, Oxford/Cambridge, Bocconi, etc.)
- around 3 to 6 years of experience in consulting,analyticsor data-related roles
- strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- solid command of Python and SQL (Pyspark/ Databricks a plus)
- strong communicationand synthesis abilities
- fluency in English; French strongly preferred
Experience in private equity environments, digitalstrategyor transformation projects is a strong plus.
