About the Role
As the Senior Global Product Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the future of one of our main GI Oncology products. Working at the heart of our global strategy, you will partner closely with the Global GI Director, cross-functional teams, and key affiliates to drive commercial excellence. This role is a unique blend of high-level strategic contribution and "GLOCAL" execution, with a heavy emphasis on leading our digital and omnichannel transformation.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Contribution: Actively evolve the global marketing strategy. You will define positioning, value narratives, and key messaging grounded in clinical evidence and competitive intelligence.
- Global-Local Co-Building: Foster a true co-creation mindset by integrating local insights from affiliates into the Global Brand Plan, ensuring our strategy is both ambitious and execution-ready.
- Omnichannel Leadership: Take a leading role in shaping the brand's digital footprint. You will co-develop customer journeys, frameworks, and content strategies that scale across international markets.
- Campaign Excellence: Lead the development of global promotional materials and international congress assets, managing agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
- Insights & Competitive Readiness: Synthesize market research and competitive data to refine messaging, optimize digital performance, and equip affiliates with best-in-class objection-handling tools.
- Cross-Functional Animation: Act as a key partner for Medical, Regulatory, and Digital teams, animating workshops and global brand meetings to share best practices.
Your Profile :
Education: Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Business/Marketing or related field.
Experience: Minimum 6-7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, preferably in a global role. Previous field or sales exposure is a significant plus.
Hard Skills:
- Experience in Oncology.
- Demonstrated experience in Brand planning, marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong exposure to digital and omnichannel marketing initiatives.
- Languages: Proficiency in English is a must.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively in an international, matrix environment
- Strategic thinker with executional rigor & ability to cobuild strategy and translate it into impactful deliverables
- Proactive, accountable, and possess a "GLOCAL" mindset, valuing both global vision and local reality
- Digital and omnichannel mindset, with curiosity for innovation and new ways of engaging customers
- Analytical and insightdriven approach
