What impact you create at Chanel
- Project Management (Agile methodology):
- Participate in gathering and identifying needs through workshops and collaboration with stakeholders (Regions, Divisions, IT, Legal, etc.).
- Support product backlog management: create tickets, plan, and prioritize.
- Contribute to the design of solutions and drafting of user stories, including functional rules, acceptance criteria, and considering technical impacts and dependencies.
- Assist the team in testing developed features and identifying bugs based on written user stories.
- Engage and align all project stakeholders:
- Monitor platform development progress through Agile ceremonies (Scrum) such as daily meetings, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure project documentation and communication:
- Prepare and deliver feature demonstrations at the end of each development cycle to internal clients.
- Create training and communication materials.
- Track usage KPIs to measure impact and adoption.

What you will bring
- You are completing a Master's degree (Bac +5) and have a strong interest in the digital environment.
- You see yourself as a versatile profile, equally comfortable understanding business needs as engaging in conversations about data or technology with experts.
- You are fluent in English and have previous experience in digital project management, during which you demonstrated a strong team spirit.
- You are curious, pragmatic, and proactive.
