Employment conditions

Contract & status:

• Gross monthly salary: 3 663 €
• Fixed-term contract starting as soon as possible for 6 months (possibility to be renewed until 31/12/2026)
• Single posting

Work environment:

• Position based in Feina, West Darfur, working inside the tent clinic of MdM.
• Possible regular field visits to other regions for assessment.

Benefits:

• 13th month salary (paid in 2 installments after 6 months of service)
• Expatriation allowance: 10% of gross monthly salary
• Coverage of travel (home - mission), visas, and vaccinations

Votre profil

You are the right match if you:

• Have a minimum of 3-year experience in a similar position with an international NGO working in emergency contexts, preferably within the health sector, or previous field experience with MdM in different contexts
• Have experience of security management at field site level
• Have good diplomacy, negotiation and networking skills
• Are able to work under a minimum of supervision
• Are able to work under stress and in an isolated area
• Have strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Are adaptable and solution-oriented
• Have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Are fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of Arabic is an asset

This role may not suit you if you:

• Are not aligned with MdM's values
• Don't have experience in volatile security environments
