THE ROLE

As a Sustainability Manager focusing onclient relationships,you'lllead client engagements,manage majoraccounts,andcomplexprojectswithinthe finance sector.You'llplay akeyrole in growing business by cultivating strategic partnerships,identifyingnew opportunities,securing newbusinessand co-creating solutions aligned with client needs.You will contributesignificantlyto the company's revenue growth and strengthen our market presence in the sector.

You'llcraft and implement account strategies that reflect client priorities and sustainability goals, working closely with internal experts to ensure qualityandconsistency acrossdelivery.You'llcollaboratewithexperienced consultants, and junior colleagues to deliver impactfulwork- primarily within your sector, while occasionally contributing to projects across other areas. In doing so,you'llcontinue building your consulting and relationship management skills in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.

You'llalso mentor junior colleagues and may progressively takeon linemanagement responsibilities to support their growth and development.

ARE YOU READY TO LEAD SUSTAINABILITY PROJECTS AND GUIDE TEAMS?

• You'reeager to apply yoursustainability experience,business development, clientrelationshipand consulting capabilitiesto our mission of aligning businesses with planetary boundaries.

• You have4-8+yearsof work experience relevant to the role, with exposure tosustainabilityand/orconsulting.

• You'reactively shaping your long-term path asa business development professionalandfeel confidenttomanageaccountsin the finance sector.

• You have agood understanding of key challenges inthe financesector.

• You haveproven experienceinproject management.

• You havesolidknowledge ofExcel and PowerPoint.

• You bring aMaster'sdegree or equivalent experiencethatequipsyou toguidecompanies to understand and design transformative and science-basedstrategy(Environmental Science, Engineering,Business,Economics...).

WHAT YOU MIGHT ALSO BRING TO THE ROLE

• Financial sector fluency: You understand how sustainabilitytranslates across differentfinancialsub-segments (banks, asset managers, insurers, PE funds, etc.) and are familiar with sustainable finance instruments(green bonds, sustainability-linked loans,ESG-integrated fund strategies, etc.)and the business opportunities they create

• ESG & sustainable finance knowledge: You have a good working knowledge of majorESGdisclosure& risk managementframeworks/regulations (CSRD,TCFD, TNFD,Taxonomy,EBA, SFDR...), financed emissions and nature accounting methodologies (PCAF, ENCORE...), and target-setting frameworks (SBTi, SBTN, GFANZ, NZIF...)

• Network in the sustainable finance ecosystem: You have existingrelationshipswith sustainabilitycontactswithinlargeEuropean financial institutions& relevant industry bodies

WHEN YOU MIGHT BE READY FOR THE NEXT STEP

As youdevelop andmanage projects,you'llbe ready to leadlarge teamsto deliver complex projectsand toown senior client relationships, being the primary contact and trusted advisor for clients. Your next step will be Sustainability Principal, whereyou'lldrive business development at a strategic level across your sector.

• Location:15 rue de Cléry, Paris.You might be expected to work at the client's office and/or to travel there at times.
