We are currently recruiting a Acheteur Senior H/F, reporting directly to the Regional Procurement Director WSEE.
The position is based in France (Antony).
A job that matters: Your Tasks
* Support the Category Manager Direct Spend
* Support Material Planners and Stock Managers in case of operational escalation
* Taking over responsibility for smaller local categories
* Contribute to achieve the defined annual savings and cost avoidance targets
* Complete order process for prototypes, FAIR, toolings, etc
* Data maintenance (e.g. lead times, material object codes etc.)
* Executes and supports RfXs and quotation evaluations
* Plans and executes smaller purchasing projects upon instruction
* Takes over responsibility for smaller local categories
* Good collaboration with and support of internal customers / stakeholders
* Administration: analyses, KPIs, data maintenance, requiring information and certificates, archiving, etc
Le profil recherché
* 2 years experience in a similar position within direct procurement
* Strong organizational and communication skills, resilience and endurance in daily business (administration, order and dunning process etc.)
* MS Office is a must, experience in SAP-MM and eProcurement is an advantage
* Experience in the execution of RfXs as well as quotation evaluations
* Commercial degree or technical degree with additional commercial training
* Education as Certified Purchasing Specialist, Federal Diploma of Higher Education is an advantage
* Feeling comfortable within a complex and fast moving as well as changing environment
* Good social competence
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent in teamwork
* Proactive attitude
* Independent working
