YOUR ROLE
Within the Group Purchasing Department, the Indirect Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing and driving procurement activities across indirect spend categories.
They lead strategic and operational sourcing initiatives, ensuring delivery of SQCD performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery), while contributing to the transformation and continuous improvement of the procurement function.
The role combines hands-on sourcing execution with strategic leadership and stakeholder management.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
Procurement Strategy & Category Management
- Define and implement category strategies aligned with company objectives
- Manage a portfolio of indirect categories that could include :
o Consulting services
o Legal services (lawyers / legal fees)
o Travel-related services
o Other General services and support functions
- Identify market trends, risks, and opportunities
- The exact portfolio will be subject to discussion/adjustement with the manager
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Lead end-to-end sourcing processes:
o Supplier identification and evaluation
o RFP / tender management
o Supplier selection and negotiations
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms
- Ensure alignment with internal governance and compliance processes
- Manage supplier relationships and drive performance (SRM)
- Contract & Performance Management
Stakeholder Management
- Promote procurement as a value-creating function
- Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders
- Support prescribers in defining needs and structuring sourcing approaches
Transformation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives:
o KPI definition and monitoring
o Process optimization and standardization
- Lead or support cross-functional improvement projects
Reporting & Governance
- Prepare reporting and dashboards for management
- Track performance indicators and savings delivery
- Ensure alignment with internal governance and compliance processes
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
Procurement experience
- At least 6 years of experience in indirect procurement
- Highly appreciated proven exposure on following categories :
o Consulting
o Legal fees
o Travel expenses
Skills & competencies
- Cost reduction oriented
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Ability to manage complex sourcing projects autonomously
- Experience in stakeholder management in international environments
- Analytical mindset with strong cost and risk management capabilities
Personal qualities

- Agile, adaptable, and collaborative
- High level of autonomy and accountability
Education & languages
- Master's degree or equivalent (procurement, business, engineering)
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Good command of procurement tools and office systems
