Les missions du poste
Under the direct responsiblity of the CEO, and in close collaboration with the product and commercial offices, the senior Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring components and services required for industrial operations. This role ensure cost efficiency, quality compliances, and timely delivery to support operations and project timelines.
- You manage the supply chain
- You identify, evaluate, and select suppliers in line with company standards and our product portfolio
- You negotiate pricing, contrats, and delivery terms to optimize total cost
- You manage purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- You collaborte with engineering and selling teams to align procuremen with project specifications
- You monitor supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery) and implement improvement actions when needed
- Analyze market trends and supply risk to anticipate shortages or price fluctuations
- You maintain accurate pricurement data and reporting KPIs (cost saving achieved // On-time delivery rate // Supplier quality performance - defect rate // stock turnover)
Le profil recherché
- Bachelor's or master's degree in spply chain, Procurement, or Engineering
- Proven understading of technical drawings, manufacturing processes (especially maching) and industrial components
- Experience in purchasing within an industrial and manufacturing environment
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills
- Fluent in English
