About the Role
As part of the IT transformation and digital strategy of our client initiatives, we are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to design, govern, and oversee the evolution of the organization's enterprise architecture.
You will play a strategic role in aligning technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring consistency across IT solutions, and driving innovation within the organization. Working closely with business and IT stakeholders, you will contribute to the optimization of the IT landscape while supporting the adoption of modern technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the organization's enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives
- Collaborate closely with business digital leads, IT project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver appropriate architectural solutions
- Define, maintain, and enforce architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices across IT initiatives
- Maintain and follow the Solution Architecture Framework while supporting project governance and Stage Gate Model execution
- Identify opportunities for innovation and promote new technologies and solutions to improve business efficiency and competitiveness
- Ensure seamless integration between legacy and modern systems to optimize interoperability and minimize operational disruptions
- Create and maintain architecture diagrams, models, and documentation using Enterprise Architecture tools
- Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise to IT teams and project stakeholders
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and architecture best practices
- Contribute to reporting and governance activities related to Enterprise Architecture excellence
Le profil recherché
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline is considered a plus
Preferred Certifications
The following certifications are highly desirable:
- TOGAF
- ITIL
- SAFe
- CISSP
- Azure Certified Solutions Architect
- Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA)
Experience & Technical Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT Architecture, Systems Design, or related fields
- Proven experience designing and implementing architecture solutions aligned with business and technology strategies
- Strong technical background in:
- Systems integration
- Infrastructure planning
- Application architecture
- IT governance and standards
- Solid understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies
- Experience with Cloud technologies and Cloud migration programs
- Good understanding of DevOps practices and modern technologies such as AI and IoT
- Knowledge of security architecture, risk management, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with Enterprise Architecture and modeling tools

Infos complémentaires
- Monaco permanent contract (CDI). Only European nationals or holders of a residence permit issued by the Alpes-Maritimes Prefecture (06) are eligible to work in the Principality of Monaco.
