The opportunity:
From the moment you wake up in the morning until you go to bed at night consider the media you consume, the adverts you see, the apps you use, the websites you browse and almost all of the shopping you do online throughout the day. Chances are that many of those interactions and experiences were touched by an Adobe product.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team in EMEA, based in Paris.
This role is for a strategic, customer-facing architect who can help customers modernize content operations for the AI era. You will work with customers and prospects to understand their goals, capture requirements, shape scope, and translate complex needs into compelling solution direction that connects Adobe technology to clear business value.
While a strong foundation in CMS platforms and Adobe Experience Manager is essential, this is not simply a product architecture role. We are looking for someone who can elevate customer conversations-helping organizations rethink how content is planned, created, governed, activated, and optimized through Content Supply Chain, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging agentic approaches.
You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders ranging from business leaders to technical teams, using your CMS and digital experience background to bring credibility to strategic discussions. Working closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams, you will lead discovery, shape roadmaps, create compelling presentations and proposals, and help customers understand how Adobe can accelerate transformation across content operations, experience delivery, and long-term innovation.
This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing role suited to someone who combines strategic thinking, technical credibility, and strong communication skills to help customers move from vision to action. The role is based in Paris with hybrid working and travel across EMEA of up to 30%.
What you'll do:
- Lead business and technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, requirements, constraints, risks and success measures
- Capture and translate customer needs into clear solution strategies, recommendations, scoped proposals, and phased roadmaps
- Create compelling customer-ready presentations, proposals, estimates, and solution narratives that articulate the value of Adobe technology
- Help customers modernize content operations through Content Supply Chain strategies, AI-enabled workflows, and agentic approaches to experience delivery
- Connect business priorities to architecture direction and help customers understand how Adobe solutions support transformation outcomes
- Use your AEM and CMS background as a foundation for broader conversations around governance, reuse, metadata, operating models, and scalable content delivery
- Advise customers on architecture approaches, integration patterns, risks, and best practices across enterprise CMS and digital experience environments
- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Partner teams to shape opportunities and support successful customer outcomes
- Present confidently to executive and technical audiences, simplifying complex topics in business-friendly language and helping customers buy into the vision
What you'll need to succeed:
- Significant experience in consulting, professional services, pre-sales, delivery, or enterprise digital transformation
- Around 10+ years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles involving solutioning, scoping, advisory work, or strategic consulting
- Strong experience with enterprise CMS platforms, with Adobe Experience Manager preferred
- Experience capturing requirements, defining scope, supporting estimation, and developing proposals or customer-facing recommendations
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution direction and communicate value clearly to both executive and technical stakeholders
- Strong understanding of digital experience architecture, CMS integration patterns, and enterprise content management strategies
- Interest in helping customers apply Content Supply Chain, AI-enabled workflows, and emerging agentic capabilities to real business challenges
- Fluency in English and French is required. Any other European Language would be a plus.
