ABOUT THE TEAM 🤝

The People Team at D-EDGE supports 550+ talents across multiple countries and functions. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, the team works closely with managers and leadership teams to support organisational growth, employee engagement and operational excellence throughout the employee lifecycle.

🎯 THE POSITION

We are looking for an HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract (4 days/week), from late June to the end of December 2026, to cover a maternity leave.

You will support our Sales, Client Service and Marketing & Communication teams and act as a trusted partner for managers and employees across your scope.

Your role will combine both strategic HR support and operational execution in a fast-paced and international environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Employee support & HR partnership 🤝

  • Support managers on day-to-day people topics and organisational challenges

  • Advise on employee relations, performance management and development matters

  • Partner with leaders to support team engagement and organisational effectiveness

Talent & Performance 📈

  • Support recruitment activities in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team

  • Contribute to onboarding and employee integration

  • Support performance review cycles and follow-up actions

HR Operations & Projects ⚙️

  • Ensure smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle

  • Contribute to transversal HR initiatives and people projects

Work closely with the broader People Team to ensure consistency of practices and employee experience.

🦸‍♂️ WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international and fast-paced environment

  • Previous experience in a scale-up, SaaS, hospitality, digital or similar ecosystem

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering

  • Comfortable working with managers and navigating evolving environments

  • Fluent English is required in our international environment
