You will be part of the Chemicals, Paint and associated Services team (PMBP), which is in charge of procuring, for the Airbus group, flyable Chemicals, Paint and Services. The world of Chemicals is driven by strong environmental constraints such as Reach, Reach It, chromated products and is very close to Operations. Rate adaptation and environmental constraints are a challenge and Supplier's performance is key.

Your challenges:
Drive the end-to-end procurement activity for the sealant portfolio across all Airbus Commercial programs, plants, and Business Units, including market intelligence, tendering, and contract execution.
LeadMultifunctional/Multidivisional teams throughout the tendering and contract life cycle, and build strategic, long-term relationships with your suppliers.
Manage risks, claims (e.g., single source, obsolescence), and day-to-day supplier relationships to optimize customer value while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
Negotiate Cooperation Research Agreements with suppliers and internal stakeholders during the innovation, development, serial, and support phases.
Support the AOP process with the Multifunctional team by identifying budget and resource needs for year N+1 projects, and monitor the progress of funded projects.
Your boarding pass:
Minimum 5-years experience as a buyer (project management experience is a plus).
Proficiency in Excel and SAP.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to step back and get the big picture whilst deep diving into project details, demonstrating an adaptable, autonomous, and team-oriented mindset.
English is the main language; French or German are a plus.
