We are seeking an experienced Customs & Documentation Compliance Senior Analyst to support our global textile operations. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end international logistics processes and ensuring the accuracy of customs and export compliance documentation for shipments originating from the Americas. Key origin countries include Peru, Colombia, Guatemala, and Mexico, with primary destinations across the USA, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, and France.

· Coordinate international direct shipments from Americas-based vendors to worldwide customers, ensuring timely and compliant delivery.

· Review, validate, and manage all export and customs documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, Bills of Lading / Air Waybills (BL/AWB), and any country-specific requirements.

· Ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and applicable free trade agreements by origin and destination country.

· Serve as the documentation liaison with vendors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to guarantee on-time and accurate shipments.

· Monitor shipment status and key performance indicators (KPIs); proactively resolve documentation or operational issues and maintain up-to-date logistics tracking reports.

· Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to logistics performance analysis to drive operational efficiency.

Le profil recherché

Professional background:

  • Bachelor's degree in international Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in international logistics, customs documentation, and foreign trade operations.
  • Strong knowledge of export/import processes, Incoterms, free trade agreements (FTAs), and international shipping operations.

Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent shipments in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business-result oriented with customers' insights.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assertive with communication and interpersonal relationships.

Technical skills:

  • Experience in the textile, apparel, or manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems or dedicated logistics / documentation management platforms.
