Job Description

Within the HSE Division department, you will contribute to improving working conditions through workstation analyses in production and design projects.

Desired start date: September 2026
Duration: 1 year

Main responsibilities:

Your main tasks will be:

• Identify key variables and criteria to be considered during process/product development phases of clipping operations
• Propose and implement improvement actions for maintenance activities in order to address organizational, environmental, technical, and human risks identified in previous analyses, and assess their impact
• Participate in the coordination of the Group's international ergonomics network
• Conduct feedback reviews and share ergonomic best practices (site communications, etc.)

Depending on the evolution of your missions and the needs of the department, you may also be involved in other cross-functional projects related to ergonomics and working conditions (for example: exoskeleton development, monitoring of postural analysis software technologies, deployment of training programs, etc.)

Candidate profile:

• You are preparing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Ergonomics
• You have an intermediate level of English (B2)
• You have initial field experience in ergonomics and are able to implement an ergonomic work analysis approach, from needs assessment to workplace design improvements
• You have strong methodological and scientific analytical skills
• You have good knowledge of Office 365 tools - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• You have strong communication and synthesis skills
• You are a team player
• You are autonomous, curious, creative, and dynamic

Location: Sigmatech - Avenue du Bois des Vergnes, 01150 Sainte-Julie (40 km from Lyon, carpooling available)
