Responsable de la stratégie de développement de la gamme de produits Transformateurs.
Garantir que tous les transformateurs relevant de son périmètre soient disponibles à la vente et à la livraison conformément aux niveaux de performance, de risques techniques et de coûts définis, afin de soutenir durablement les objectifs de croissance, de rentabilité et de qualité de l'entreprise.

Piloter et coordonner les activités des équipes sur sites pour soutenir la feuille de route produit (R&D, maintien en condition opérationnelle et compétitivité), ainsi que le support et la mise en oeuvre des stratégies achats et industrielles, l'analyse de la concurrence et du marché, et le retour d'expérience des opérations et des projets.
Suivre et garantir les performances - y compris la compétitivité - du produit à toutes les étapes, depuis la phase de développement jusqu'à l'exécution des projets et les opérations de service.
En phase amont des appels d'offres, confirmer la solution produit en coopération avec l'équipe Traction, soutenir le processus d'offre et participer à la validation des appels d'offres.
Assurer le rôle d'interface principale avec la plateforme RS pour les produits sous responsabilité.
Principales responsabilités :
Coordonner la feuille de route produits conformément aux objectifs définis au niveau composant pour les produits ou segments sous responsabilité, sur l'ensemble des dimensions (performances, compétitivité, BCC ingénierie, BCC achats et industriel).
Garantir la compétitivité du portefeuille produits en termes de technologies et de coûts.
Assurer la validation et l'homologation des produits, et leur maintien en conformité avec l'évolution des normes et réglementations applicables à leurs marchés.
Analyser le marché afin d'identifier les écarts du portefeuille ou les lacunes technologiques et définir les actions appropriées (y compris le benchmarking concurrentiel).
Maintenir un lien étroit avec la plateforme RS afin d'aligner les stratégies produits pour la plateforme ou les segments sous responsabilité.
Confirmer la définition produit pour tous les appels d'offres et applications, y compris la variabilité produit et l'analyse des écarts, jusqu'à la validation finale des offres.
Accompagner les projets afin de garantir l'alignement de la stratégie produit avec la définition de l'offre lors des phases de démarrage.
Piloter, coordonner et maintenir la collaboration entre les équipes impliquées dans le développement produit sur les sites de développement et de support (ingénierie, industriel, achats, appels d'offres et chiffrage).
Gérer et garantir la mise à jour de l'ensemble de la documentation et des définitions produits.
Piloter les comités PAB & PRB et assurer le suivi des programmes R&D et de maintien en conditions opérationnelles.
Contribuer aux décisions Make or Buy et les valider le cas échéant.
Exigences obligatoires :
Diplôme d'ingénieur (Master) ou équivalent, complété par une expérience professionnelle significative.
Maîtrise professionnelle de l'anglais ; la connaissance du français est un plus.
Solide connaissance et expérience de la technologie des transformateurs.
Expérience en ingénierie ou en gestion de sous-systèmes supérieure à 5 ans.
Connaissances spécifiques en conception traction/véhicule afin de comprendre la vision globale (« big picture »).
Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement pluridisciplinaire et multiculturel.
Leadership avéré dans son domaine ou expérience en animation d'équipes en organisation matricielle.
Excellentes compétences en communication.
Capacité à convaincre, à être orienté solutions, à challenger et à accepter la remise en question.
Sens de la coordination, esprit d'équipe et qualités relationnelles.
Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels.
Exigences souhaitées :
Bonne compréhension globale des processus internes (appels d'offres, projets, ingénierie, industriel, fournisseurs).
Expertise industrielle dans les systèmes de traction et plus particulièrement dans les transformateurs.
Connaissances approfondies des systèmes de traction, des transformateurs et des procédés de fabrication associés.

Purpose of the Job :

Owner of the development Strategy of the Transformer Product range
Ensure that all Transformers in responsibility are available for sale and delivery within agreed performance, technical risk and cost that continually support the required growth, profitability and quality objectives of the Company.
Define, manage and develop the Products Roadmap for the complete product range in responsibility.
The Product Manager is owner and has responsibility for cost ownership of the products in his segment
Lead and coordinate the activities involving the Teams on sites to support the product roadmap (R&D, Sustaining and Competitiveness), support and implementation of the procurement and Industrial strategy), competition and market survey, feedback from the operations and Projects.
Follow and ensure the performances - including competitiveness - of the product at all phases from the development phase to the project execution and service operations.
In pre-tendering phase, confirm the Product Solution in cooperation with the Traction Team, support the tender, and participate to the tender validation.

Main interface to the RS Platform for the Products in responsibility.

Main Responsibilities :

Coordinate the products roadmap in line with the defined targets at Component level for the products or segments in responsibility on every aspect (performances, competitiveness, engineering BCC, procurement and industrial BCC)
Ensure the competitiveness of product portfolio in terms of technology and costs
Ensure the validation and homologation of the product, and maintain it through the evolution the norms and standard regulations regarding their markets
Observe the market to identify portfolio/technology gaps and derive the right actions (including competition benchmark)
Ensure a close link with the RS Platform to align product strategies for the Platform or segments in responsibility
Confirm the product definition for all tenders and application including the product variability and gaps including final tender validation
Support Project to keep the product strategy accordingly to tender definition in the starting phase
Manage, coordinate and maintain the collaboration within the teams involved on product development in development sites and support sites (engineering, industrial, procurement, tender and costing)
Manage and ensure that all product documentation and definition is up to date.
PAB & PRB Management and program follow up for R&D a sustaining programs
Assist and approve Make vs Buy decision

Mandatory requirements :

Master of engineering or equivalent from Educational degree, completed with experience
Business fluent in English language, French is a plus
Strong knowledge and experience in transformer technology
Experience in Engineering or Sub-System management > 5 years
Specific knowledge in traction/vehicle design to understand the big picture'
Ability to work in multi-skills and multi-cultural context
Leader for its domain or experience in leading teams in matricial organization
Good communication skills
Ability to convince, to be solution oriented, to challenge and to be challenged
Sense for coordination, good communication skills and team spirit
Readiness to travel

Desirable requirements :

Global understanding of overall internal processes (Tenders, Projects, Engineering, Industrial, Supplier)
Industrial expertise on Traction systems and specifically Transformers
Specific knowledge on Traction systems, Transformers and manufacturing processes
