Within the Saint-Ouen site of the D&IS Systems and Infrastructure of the France BeLux Region, the purpose of your job is to:

Build robust and competitive tender Procurement cost, scope & schedule commitment
Manage Product Procurement reference to prepare tenders to come and starting, to fit to Region market prices and Customer needs, in coordination with Procurement Platform, Product and Solution
Ensure that the Tender contributes to the Platform procurement objectives.

Your main responsabilities are:
A. Ensure Tenders are anticipated and prepared with robust Product reference cost management;
B. Tender management: coordinate, consolidate and secure Sourcing activities, performance & efficiency on whole Tender;
C. Promote the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Main required competencies:

Educational requirements: Master in purchasing or equivalent (engineering, project management...).
Experience: interest in technical field, minimum 5 years of experience (project, sourcing, engineering, quality...).
