To accelerate sales funnel creation and conversion by delivering exceptional customer experience, developing marketing collateral and growth portfolios with a mid to long term view. Well known your in-charge Segment market, focus on Segment trends, Competitor information, Customer innovation BOP, sales funnel covert and supporting , RQT position and solution offer. Analysis the segment market and support Sales and technical to offer RQT value added solution from MKT perspective.
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market share in the food additives industry.
Lead new product commercialization, including market research, positioning, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Drive business development initiatives to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities in food manufacturing sectors.
Oversee marketing communications, including digital marketing, trade shows, PR, and sales collateral.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team (4-5 members), fostering innovation and accountability.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine strategies.
Ensure marketing initatives support the company's revenue and profitability targets
