As part of the Intertropical Africa team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the strategy for the Poultry business unit across the Intertropical Africa region.

Your main responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the business plan and annual budget.
- Define the 3- to 5-year vision for the Poultry business in collaboration with the Ceva-Laprovet Director.
- Provide technical and marketing support to local teams in coordination with country operations managers.
- Provide technical support to operational teams.
- Analyze market data and generate insights to guide strategy.
- Identify and develop new growth drivers: countries, customers, products.
- Contribute to the financial management of the Poultry business (P&L, margins, sales forecasts, OPEX).
- Facilitate communication with Corporate teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with regulatory affairs, supply chain, and operational teams.

Le profil recherché

With a background in veterinary medicine (or agricultural/food engineering), you have at least 3 years of experience in poultry health and production.
You already have training and/or experience in market analysis and marketing.
Ideally, you have knowledge of the African market (trends, competition, regulations).
Your leadership skills, customer service orientation, and understanding of the drivers of poultry business development, combined with solid technical knowledge, will enable you to succeed in this role.
Fluent in English and French.

Position based in Libourne or Tours, requiring frequent travel to Intertropical Africa.
