Asour IT division continues to grow, we are investing seriously in the tools andplatforms that underpin our operations across Europe. This role sits within theInnovation & IT Projects Department and carries real weight: the systemsyou build and maintain directly shape how thousands of claims professionals dotheir work every day.
YourMain Responsibilities Will Be:
- Design and deliver fullstack features across our claims management platform, respecting quality standards, agreed timelines, and technical choices defined by the IT department
- Contribute to run operations, ensuring platform stability and responsiveness to day-to-day production needs
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, proposing and implementing concrete enhancements to how the team builds and ships software
- Apply and uphold the testing practices established by the department, writing reliable, maintainable tests as a natural part of your workflow
- Produce and maintain clear technical documentation, keeping it accurate and genuinely useful for both current and future team members
- Work within an Agile framework, participating actively in Scrum ceremonies and Kanban flows, contributing to team rituals rather than simply attending them

Le profil recherché
Youhold an Engineering degree in Computer Science and bring several years ofhands-on experience as a fullstack developer, with concrete deliverables youcan speak to clearly. You are comfortable working across the stack - from dataaccess layers to Angular components - and you understand what it means tomaintain a production system, not just build features in isolation.
Youare precise in your work and take ownership of what you ship. You know how tomanage competing priorities without losing quality, and you bring astraightforward, collaborative approach to working with both technicalcolleagues and non-technical stakeholders. You communicate clearly, ask theright questions, and listen as well as you speak.
Fullprofessional fluency in English is required for this role.

Compensationand Benefits
Grossannual salary, based on profile and experience: 40,000-48,000€ (including 13th and 14th-month payments)
