You have had experience as Executive Assistant for 3+ years?
You are based in Paris or Rennes
You are fluent in French and English
You have a strong interest in new technologies?
You would like to contribute to the development of renewable energies by reducing their operating costs?

Missions
Reporting to the Founder and CEO and working closely with the Sales team, your main missions will include:
Payroll & HR Administration
Invoicing and account receivables management
People Onboarding & first hiring calls
Team Events & Culture
Financial & Administrative Operations
General Administrative Support
Quality, QHSE & Compliance Support
Office Management
Work environment
Dynamic and friendly team located in France and Dallas, TX.
Opportunity to visit a Wind Farm or a Solar Farm and see our drones in action!
Opportunity to evolve as Chief of Staff

Preferred Experience

You're the perfect match if...
You are based in Paris or Rennes
You are fluent in both French and English
You have 3 years of experience in an EA, Sales or HR assistant role - ideally in a start-up or fast-paced environment.
You demonstrate strong adaptability and flexibility to support and implement change in a constantly evolving scaleup.
You bring strong interpersonal skills: you're warm, trustworthy, and great at creating a positive vibe.
You're tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, etc.).
