In this dynamic, fast-growing context, the Prevention team is expanding and is recruiting a Prevention Project Officer (apprenticeship) to support its strategic projects.
Your roleReporting to the Prevention team, you will support key projects with a strong focus on project management, cross-functional coordination, and creation of marketing and sales content, in an international environment.
Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the organization of a major international event dedicated to mental health
- Support the global rollout of prevention services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, local teams, etc.)
- Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales materials (presentations, sales enablement documents, communication assets)
- Support the team with project management: timeline tracking, coordination, reporting
- Provide ad hoc support to business development activities, notably for responses to tenders/RFPs
Le profil recherché
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's to Master's degree (business school, university, political science, management, health, or project management)
- Fluent English required (written and spoken)
- French is required; another language is a plus
- You are recognized for:
- Your adaptability and curiosity
- Your strong writing and summarizing skills
- Your proficiency with PowerPoint
- Your ease in working with diverse, international stakeholders
- Your interest in health prevention topics, particularly mental health
- A hands-on, empowering experience on high-visibility projects
