Les missions du poste
- Ensure alignment between contractor documentation, company operations requirements, and the Field Operations Management System (FOMS)
- Coordinate and track an integrated O&M documentation roadmap (~150 documents)
- Identify, manage, and close gaps between company standards and contractor systems
- Organize and facilitate cross-functional workshops to resolve technical and operational alignment issues
- Develop and maintain operations readiness matrices, KPIs, and governance tools
- Support implementation of FOMS processes, procedures, and RACI structures across project entities
- Build and maintain a central digital repository (SharePoint) for operations readiness documentation and tools
- Monitor progress, risks, and deviations, escalating where necessary
Le profil recherché
- Proven experience in Operations Readiness, Operations Excellence, or Operations Systems within Oil & Gas projects
- Strong exposure to Company-Contractor interface management
- Experience with O&M documentation, operations procedures, and readiness systems
- Ability to structure complex technical information into clear, usable systems
- Strong coordination, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in major industrial projects (offshore, FPSO, subsea, or similar)
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with strong operational focus
- Comfortable working in transversal, non-hierarchical environments
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
