Your Mission:
As a Ruby Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building high-performance, scalable web applications. Your responsibilities include:

Developing robust and secure backend applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails.

Designing APIs and services to support mobile and web applications.

Ensuring code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best development practices.

Working closely with product and design teams to deliver innovative features.

Optimizing performance and scalability for high-traffic environments.

Staying up to date with the latest trends in Ruby development and fintech technologies.
Desired Profile:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails development.

Strong knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and API design.

Familiarity with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is a plus.

Experience working in agile environments.
