Your 4 Strategic Pillars:
1. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Become the go-to expert on European market structures and competitor moves.
Conduct deep-dive Car Parc analyses to identify growth opportunities.
Actively participate in shaping the Mid-Term Plan (MTP) and Yearly Budget guidelines and support BUs for local implementation.
2. Portfolio & Range Excellence
Master the Product Life Cycle (PLC): from initial launch to phase-out.
Create sales pitches tailored to different European markets to support business acquisition.
Lead "Corrective Action Plans" (CAP) and support divisions in landing "Big Fish" (major key accounts).
3. Launch & Promotion Powerhouse
Prepare the launch of New Product with full data packages (TecDoc, OE cross-lists and communication materials).
Animate the market with European Sell-in and Sell-out promotion to boost sales
Create impactful marketing tools: from print and digital content to physical POS and customer conventions.
4. Commercial & Pricing Governance
Define pricing corridors and floor prices in collaboration with the pricing team. and ensure local implementation.
Act as the central point for RFQ (Request for Quotation) negotiations.
Liaise with product managers to secure the best product offer and cooperate with suppliers to ensure best commercial conditions.
The Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Master's Degree from Business or Engineering School.
Experience: ~3 years in Trade Marketing or Product Management within a complex, multi-range environment.
International Mindset: You thrive in cross-cultural environments and are fluent in English.
Technical Edge: You are an Excel expert capable of synthesizing complex data into clear strategic views to drive decision-making.
Soft Skills: You are a Team Player with the "mobilizing" energy needed to influence stakeholders without direct hierarchical links.
