YOUR ROLE
Cargo Care and Business Support products are a range of value-added services designed to help our customers protect their cargo, improve operational efficiency, optimize performance, and streamline the management of their documentation and financial flows.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:
Operational Support
- Map product costs in coordination with various CMA CGM departments, agencies, and external suppliers
- Support inventory management
- Ensure proper application of procedures and compliance with product-related rules
- Monitor execution and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Product Support
- Contribute to geographical expansion of the product offering
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Create and update generic processes
- Develop marketing tools, including content and presentations
Commercial Support
- Input and maintain pricing in internal systems
- Contribute to internal and external product promotion (materials, communications, campaigns)
- Prepare and participate in webinars and commercial presentations
- Monitor commercial performance using internal tools (reporting and KPI analysis)
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- You are currently pursuing a Master's degree (Business, Logistics, Transport, or related field)
- You have a first experience in commercial or marketing roles, ideally in a maritime or logistics environment
- You are fluent in English with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You are organized, autonomous, and proactive, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You validate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
