This role reinforces the PMO team in making sure the whole organization stays informed, aligned, and ready for change.
Change management & communication - primary focus
- Help increase visibility of IT initiatives across the organization with project updates, announcements, and intranet posts.
- Create and maintain a monthly IT newsletter for the broader organization.
- Support IT change management activities with change impact assessment, communication plan, training, change related content (FAQs, guides, quick explainers).
- Simplify and clarify messages for non-technical audiences. PMO & Project support
- Contribute to project documentation and reporting (status, KPIs).
- Help improve internal PMO processes, templates, and communication standards.
- Support project lifecycle management: framing, governance, approval, and review.
Le profil recherché
Required skills & qualifications
- First experience in IT communications, project management, or change management.
- Strong English writing and communication skills - clear, structured, and concise.
- Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable navigating different topics.
- Able to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders and to simplify complex information.
- Curious, collaborative, and able to work autonomously.
