How You'll Make an Impact
Sourcing & Supplier Management
- Manage and develop the supplier panel relevant to substation projects.
- Perform international sourcing across Europe, China, and India, identifying suppliers and service providers capable of meeting specific project requirements.
- Conduct market intelligence activities, including monitoring raw material price trends and geopolitical developments.
- Lead or support supplier audits, assessments, and pre-qualification processes in coordination with quality, HSE, and procurement governance.
- Drive supplier performance, qualification, evaluation, and recovery actions where applicable. Project
Procurement & Tendering
- Own assigned procurement packages (HV equipment, materials, services) from strategy definition to contract execution, in line with the Project Procurement Plan and the company's minimum requirements.
- Define and implement project-specific procurement strategies per package/product, aligned with global and commodity strategies (capacity, logistics, local content).
- Prepare, launch, and manage international tenders (France / Europe / international).
- Perform RFQs and NDAs, run supplier qualification checks (quality system, capacity, financials, ESG).
- Evaluate offers on a like-for-like basis, considering: Technical complexity and performance o Quality and compliance o Understanding of project requirements o Production capacity and delivery feasibility o Economic and geographical risks o Benchmarking and competitiveness
Contracting & Negotiation
- Lead or support commercial and contractual negotiations to achieve defined project and margin objectives. - Negotiate prices, delivery milestones, LDs, warranties, insurances, variation mechanisms, and payment terms.
- Finalize contracts and purchase orders, ensure supplier master data setup, and secure internal approvals (LOA).
- Draft, implement, and manage letters of credit in coordination with Group Treasury, in accordance with supplier contracts.
Execution, Expediting & Performance Control
- Monitor manufacturing and/or service execution to ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinate with Logistics for packing, shipment, and delivery.
- Track supplier performance (OTD, quality, NCRs) and drive corrective actions when required.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings, weekly project meetings, and business reviews.
- Monitor procurement budgets and actively protect project margin.
Claims, Changes & Risk Management
- Identify contractual entitlements and manage variations and claims per contract.
- Build and maintain contractual evidence and support recovery actions.
- Detect deviations and risks impacting cost, schedule, or quality, and communicate internally to project stakeholders.
- Intervene in supplier disputes, in close coordination with Project Management and the Legal department.
Reporting & Deliverables
- Maintain and report on: o Procurement Plan and sourcing status o Offer comparisons and approval trails o Expediting and delivery status o Supplier evaluations and claim registers o Savings / CNI impact where applicable What You Bring
Le profil recherché
Education & Experience
- Master's degree (Bac +5) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of experience in project procurement, ideally in EPC, energy, construction, or industrial environments.

- Cost, risk, and supplier performance analysis
- Knowledge of industrial processes and HV/EHV projects
- Incoterms and international contracts
- Professional proficiency in English
