As our Senior Finance Business Partner France, you'll be part of the Commercial Finance team working closely with brilliant people across the business. You'll be right at the heart of fastmoving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.

This role plays a pivotal part in driving our consumer centric strategy. Everything you do will help elevate the DM experience - whether you're enabling teams, improving processes, influencing decision making, or crafting moments that matter for our consumers around the globe.
You'll help us push boundaries, raise the bar, and keep the spirit of DM alive in everything we deliver.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
As our Senior Finance Business Partner France, you will be responsible for:
- Commercial finance leadership: Act as lead finance partner to the France GM, owning endtoend market performance (revenue, margin, opex, working capital and profit) with clear accountability, insight and challenge across commercial and trading decisions.
- Planning, reporting & performance management: Lead forecasting, budgeting and outlook modelling; run monthly performance reviews with clear variance drivers; deliver accurate, timely and consistent reporting in partnership with Group Reporting.
- Value & execution support: Drive margin optimisation and provide analytical support across pricing, promotions, markdowns and channel mix; partner with Commercial and Supply Chain to improve forecast accuracy, inventory health, cash and ROI discipline, while strengthening tools and processes.
Le profil recherché
KEY SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Commercial & analytical capability: Strong commercial finance or analysis experience in retail/consumer/multichannel environments, with excellent Excel, modelling and scenario planning skills and a solid grip on Retail, Digital and Wholesale drivers.
- Insight to action: Able to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights; strong understanding of working capital levers, particularly inventory, aged stock, cash generation and receivables recovery.
- Ways of working & communication: Detaildriven, structured and collaborative; confident communicator across cultures and functions, able to influence without authority; fluent in French and English.
- More than 5 years of experience on this type of senior role
